Work Unmuted is a proposed free record-keeping app for people anywhere, developed from lived experience of workplace bullying and the injury-claim process. It is being designed to help people keep dated notes, connect supporting documents and prepare a clear account for their chosen professionals.

A practical resource for your community
Existing organisations provide guidance and support. Our proposed contribution is a continuing personal record that helps someone put record-keeping advice into practice, with all case records saved in their own Google Drive at launch.
The preview uses fictional examples. Google sign-in, uploads and Drive saving are planned launch features. The service is seeking feedback and pilot conversations.
Three ways to get involved
- Review the practical details. Spend 15–20 minutes with the fictional timeline and tell us what your community would find useful, confusing or difficult.
- Help shape a small pilot. Discuss inviting a few willing adults once the service has completed its launch reviews. Participants choose what to share.
- Share an educational resource. Share the concept preview or fictional sample with an accurate description of its stage. A later launch post can direct people to the free service.

Before the live service opens
The launch plan includes legal review of guidance and support activities, privacy and security testing, reliable Drive saving and recovery, and testing with workers. Professional advice about a person’s situation remains with their chosen qualified advisers.
